yet sporty and elegant exterior design. I think the Z32 design compares well to modern Aston Martins (the prototypical Bond car), which are also classy yet sporty. The Z32 interior may not be up to snuff, or the "Nissan" badging, but from a purely exterior aesthetic point of view, I could definitely see it. Especially circa 1990 when the Z first came out. For the most part though, I think you're right that you can't compare Japanese designs to European ones.
